Shinku Tatsu is an Eastern Themed Gay Resort. We strive to create a relaxing and RP Immersive environment suitable for a variety of adult-oriented leisure activities, with a focus on providing a space for gay, queer, and curious males to safely pursue romantic, consensual relationships with each other. 1. Expectations:
🧭 What We Look For
We’re looking for people who are friendly, inclusive, communicative, and enjoy creating a welcoming space for guests. Whether you’re flirty, charming, chill, or spicy—we want authentic energy that helps the venue shine.
✨ Attendance
Real life comes first. Shinku Tatsu should be fun, not a second job. Can’t make a shift? Just let the team know—we’ll see you next time!
🎭 RP Etiquette
Stay in character while working! Your actions reflect the venue—if your character wouldn’t act professionally, consider applying with an alt.
📘 Know the Venue
Familiarize yourself with the Carrd, the menu, and rentable rooms. Keep up with changes—guests rely on you for accurate info.
🧍One Main + One Alt
Each staff member may have one main character and one alt on the roster. This does not include alts used for Obsessions.
👙 Dress Code
While working, staff must wear swimwear (speedos, briefs, trunks, jockstraps, or towels). Outfits that cover the front but leave the back exposed are fine. Normal attire is also allowed. No nudity while on duty.
⏰ Arrive Early
Staff are expected to arrive 15 minutes before opening to settle in and prep for the night.
🌟 Engage with Guests
Make an effort to interact with patrons, especially those sitting alone. Help them feel welcome and included in the scene.
🚫 Use Authority Responsibly
Staff have more permissions—please don’t misuse them. Your behavior reflects the leadership and the venue as a whole.
🔒 Keep Info Private
What’s shared in staff spaces (Discord, linkshells, etc.) stays there. Sharing private info outside the team may result in removal from staff and the community.
2. Positions:
💰 Payment is Per shift. You work two shifts, you get paid for both.
🛁 Host
Venue lead. Manages rentals, keeps staff on track, and steps in where needed. Handles payouts and guest issues. Must be reliable and trusted.

🧉 Attendant
Like a waiter—but flirty. Mingle, chat, and keep patrons engaged. Great for social butterflies. Helps with Party Finder rotation.
💰 200k + Tips
🍸 Bartender
Serve drinks, chat with guests at the bar, and keep the good vibes flowing. Helps with Party Finder rotation.
