Check your Mods, if you are found to be crashing others due to an over abundance of Mod usage, you will first be warned, then removed from the Sync-Shell if it continues to happen. This has only ever been an issue with the larger "Giant" models some players enjoy using or Mod Animations.

Respect the immersion. No loud, bright, or otherwise disruptive mods, including emotes and gear.

First and foremost, working for the venue is not a second job, and "I" am not your boss OOC. IC, sure, but even then, that comes with a grain of sand that I hope we all can figure out.

Attendance: Real life always comes first. If you are working for the venue but do not feel up for working a certain night, then by all means, communicate you do not intend to work that night. If you can only work one of the two days, also ok, just communicate that. On the flip side, if you only show up once or twice here and there with no real communication, we will politely let you know your services are no longer needed.

Dress Code for Staff: At the end of the day, we work in a Bath House, with that being said, a level of professionalism is still to be expected from staff, bathing suits, small clothes, jock straps, towels is the minimum expected attire while on the job. Outside of going full on nude, wear pretty much whatever you want.

Expectations: While on the job, we expect people to be true to their characters, but also understand their actions reflect upon the Venue as a whole, so a bit of professionalism goes a long way. Be realistic when applying, if your character is naturally rude and aggressive, they might not be a great fit for working the venue depending how you play them. Also, while on the job, we ask they you are active and attentive to your position and duties. We are paying you for your time to fill a role, so please do your part to make that happen.
