Shinku Tatsu is an Eastern Themed Gay Resort. We strive to create a relaxing and RP Immersive environment suitable for a variety of adult-oriented leisure activities, with a focus on providing a space for gay, queer, and curious males to safely pursue romantic, consensual relationships with each other. While we cater to these groups, our goal is to create an inclusive environment open to all whom seek to come and enjoy a relaxing soak.

First off, thank you for showing interest in applying to Shinku Tatsu.
Below are the basics anyone hired by us should be aware of, please review, and if at the end you still wish to apply to us, fill out the application.
You can list any questions you may have in your application.

1. Who are we?

  1. Shinku Tatsu is the name of the Community, Discord, and Venue.

  2. We are a gay themed Community who strive to create a relaxing and RP Immersive environment suitable for a variety of adult-oriented leisure activities, with a focus on providing a space for gay, queer, and curious males to safely pursue romantic, consensual relationships with each other.

  3. Our venues include: Shinku Tatsu and Tantra. (For a list of our Partners, see the Affiliates Tab).

2. Expectations:

  1. Attendance: Real life always comes first. Working at Shinku Tatsu is not a second job, it is meant to be fun. If you cannot work a certain night just communicate with the team and we’ll miss you until the next week.

  2. Dress Code for Staff: While working we require a minimum dress code consisting of bathing suits such as speedos, briefs, trunks, jockstraps, or towels. Items that cover your private areas but not the back side are also permitted. Normal attire is perfectly acceptable as well. There is no nudity allowed from our staff while on duty.

  3. RP Etiquette: While on the job, we expect people to be true to their characters. That being said, your actions reflect the venue as a whole so if your character lacks too much professionalism it may be better to apply with a different character.

  4. Come early: We ask that working staff are to show up 15 minutes before opening. This is to get situated and have everything sorted out.

  5. Be knowledgeable of the Venue: Please review the Carrd, understand what is on the menu and the Rentable rooms available. When changes happen to the menu or other such services, we ask that staff brush up and review changes. A lot of time goes into making these changes and we rely on the staff to also relay this information onto guests.

  6. Be aware of Patrons: Attendants are asked to focus on patrons who are seated by themselves or away from groups. Directing them to other groups of people or focusing on interacting with the patron is your priority. We wish to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment which includes interacting and holding the attentions of patrons who may be shy or new to the Role Play experience.

  7. Alternate Characters: Alts are limited to only one main character and one alt.

  8. Do not abuse your authority: With the promotion to Staff, you will have higher permissions and respect. Moderative behaviours and decisions are monitored. Please do not abuse the increased authority that comes with your role. Understand that your actions reflect on the Leadership, please do your best to keep Shinku Tatsu in a positive light.

  9. Don’t share privileged information: Anything stated in staff chats should remain within staff chats. This includes the in-game Linkshell, and Venue Discord. The sharing of private information outside of staff chats will be grounds for termination from staff and potential removal from the Community.

Masseur:The Masseur role is an optional role for any Staff not working one of the other roles for an opening. Workers will wear the "LFP" tag. They will mingle in with the other patrons, RP as they desire, and offer their services. Masseur is a commissioned + tips based job.Tips
Host:The manager of the bathhouse and someone that can be trusted to run things. Oversees the other roles and fills in where needed. Handles the collection and distribution of funds, room rentals, and dealing with rowdy guest.200k + Tips
